What is the response of the follower of Christ and Brethren-in-Christ World Mission?

  1. The Call:  How, then, can they call on the one they have not believed in? And how can they believe in the one of whom they have not heard? And how can they hear without someone preaching to them? And how can they preach unless they are sent? As it is written, "How beautiful are the feet of those who bring good news!"-- Romans 10:14-15
  2. Training/equipping:
    1. Short-term outreach opportunities in which to
      1. Learn evangelism methods, historical proofs for the authenticity of Scripture, Islamics, the need for Research/apologetics
      2. Engage in door-to-door witness, booktables, tracting, street evangelism
  3. Research/apologetics
    1. Tracts, debating, studies in deconstructing Islam
  4. Evangelism/church planting:  the end goal

Pray for resources and staffing concerns in the areas of training/equipping, research/apologetics, and evangelism/church planting.  Praise God for the good report given by Valerie Strite and prayerfully consider how you might serve this mission through intercession, finances, and possibly joining an outreach team.  For more on BIC-WM go to http://www.bic-church.org/wm/, for Jay Smith's videos on ministry among Muslims go to http://www.youtube.com/pfanderfilms.
