To all you pregnant women or friends of pregnant women (or if you just want to be helpful to that pregnant woman you meet at the library), I heard from a reputable source today that Sears will be selling off it's current maternity clothing line. Here's how it happened: I was at the mall today looking for a certain item that will be necessary upon the birth of the wee one. I found said item at Motherhood Maternity and asked the saleslady to hold 2 for me while I went elsewhere to look. I went to Sears because I typically find decent deals there and did today too! I purchased one of the necessary items at Sears and went back to Motherhood Maternity to purchase one there. The saleslady asked me if I got one at Sears and I said yes. She said Sears stocks Motherhood's line of maternity clothes but that they will be selling them off because Sears is going to get its "own" line of maternity clothes. She told me June 11 is the end of the line. So get in there if you need anything. Prices should be gradually coming down as selection dwindles. I for one will not be stocking up on maternity clothes :)
