Last night David Bailey returned to the stage in Buford, GA.  Below's the mass email update which I received. Please join me in prayer for his healing and strength for continued testimony to living One More Day to the glory of God.  For David's website, visit here. 

[I] performed for an incredibly supportive audience.  I still feel a little banged up and had a million questions in my head and heart about what I would be able to do and if I was really ready, but decided that jumping in with both feet would be the only way to find out.  I felt a bit overwhelmed by the task of weaving the old story with the new story, the old songs with the new songs; plus, CNN was there to film the entire show for a story they are working.  [more on that later] I'm not exactly sure what happened: it wasn't perfect, but there were some moments that gave me a huge infusion on hope.  In addition to being blessed by the surprise presence of friends and fans who had traveled longs ways to be a witness to the night, I was moved to see my friend and master musician Peter Mayer, who sat in on a couple songs with me and helped make pure magic out of silence. As the evening felt like it had some tiny historical import, I thought I'd document the set list before i lost it. All in all, it was what it was and will only get better - lots more to say but will quit there. thank you so much for believing
